We human beings are nothing but a bundle of thoughts. All the thoughts are stored in our memory. Most of those thoughts are not very pleasant. These thoughts, the majority of them, are painful experiences of the past which causes anguish and agony. Keeping in mind, we have created an exclusive video on how to link thought and deed since most of the time, whether it is meditation, prayer or romantic talk the mind always wanders like a monkey.
For example, you wanted to do Pranayama (Inhale & exhale) meditation. You are ready with the proper location, seating arrangements and informed your immediate caretaker to attend telephone calls and instruct him not to bother you till the meditation is over. By the time you begin, the neighbour may be frying fish, and the smell is likely to come through some means then the nostrils sends the message, and your thoughts are like to get disturbed. If not some excellent thought may barge in and you have no control over it. If not some noises, despite sitting in an air-conditioned room, the mind is capable of jumping from one to another irrespective your liking. To eliminate this distraction, destruction, we are suggesting a new methodology of inclusive breathing exercise.
Anyone who could synchronise thoughts with deeds could be a winner in life. That is the reason why this video is just one minute 30 seconds long because our attention span is such short. This exercise is a powerful tool to charge your mind and body. It could be repeated as many times as possible like charging your mobile when its battery goes down—wishing you a happy exercise so that you emerge a winner in every walk of life. Dr. Subas Chandran.
